Zouk United was founded in June 2019 by Paulo Victor and Luiza Teston in Miami, Florida. At that time the classes started with just a two-hour class, once a week, with 22 students, and one social per week. With a goal of growing the dancing community and providing a rich and exceptional experience, Miami was chosen to help to bring this amazing dance, culture, and experience to a wonderful community. Over time, classes were promoted for beginners (new zoukers), performances were given in different spaces to publicize the brand, and online content was developed. With a lot of time and hard work, the community grew. Leading to our first weekender!
Today, Zouk United has it's own dance studio where besides Paulo and Luiza, Gustavo is also partner.
Is a school of visibility and credibility in the United States and in the world. Students and teachers from all over the world come to improve their dancing and teaching skills in a fun, educational, and professional setting.
The objective has always been to promote more than dance, it is to offer the best learning and immersion in Brazilian Zouk and other dances, to care about our culture, community, and to become a big, supportive family.
The team invests hours of their time to make sure they are creating a space that allows the students to develop to their best. With Zouk United Dance Studio you’ll find regular group classes, private lessons, help with your choreography, and a variety of opportunities of training and getting exposed to the best technique available in the Zouk world, all of it in a fun, friendly, and family oriented environment.

Amazing Brazilian Zouk Studio in south florida. They teach zouk, lambada, and many other styles all around florida. I've taken classes at multiple locations: deerfield beach, hallandale, and miami.
I've been training with them for 4 years now and have learned so much technique that can be crossed over into other styles such as bachata and even salsa.
We have groups of students who travel to many different festivals and congresses all around the world and have built a small zouk community here in florida. Its a very welcoming group and I encourage anyone who is interested to come out and give it a try. If you follow them on social media they're constantly posting classes, times, and locations. Great way to stay up to date
